Celia Hunter has served as president of the Millbrook and Cavan Historical Society since 2011, and has been recognized by Peterborough County with a Heritage Recognition Award for her commitment to and effectiveness in promoting the value of local history.

Fundraising co-ordination, website design and supplemental project management to the overall Needler’s Mill project.
Alex's parents were heavily involved in the group that saved the Mill back in the 80's and is now following in their footsteps. A long standing member of the group, he now manages the online and social media helping to spread awarness.
David Hobson is a local resident and will be acting as project manager for phase one of the project.
Marion has a background in non-profit leadership, fund-raising, grant-writing, program planning, project management, community engagement, and conflict resolution. She teaches these topics through the University of Victoria’s School of Public Health and Social Policy on-line programs.”
Grace is a local Artist, Teacher, Environmentalist. She has resided in Millbrook since 1975 and is a founding member of the Millbrook Gallery, Millbrook Community Garden, Millbrook Farmers' Market. She was also a member of Committee responsible for first restoration of Needler's Mill, early 1980s.
Angie McLean and her family moved to Millbrook 10 years ago and have never looked back! Teacher by day, she is involved in multiple community groups and committees but has been an active member of the Save the Dam Mill Pond Group since 2011. Ang helps with researching, preparing presentations, writing articles and keeping people informed about current issues with the Millbrook Dam and Needler's Mill.
Shelley moved to Millbrook from Toronto in 2012 after discovering a house for sale on
the Millbrook pond. She is a corporate Art Consultant and Interior Designer and is on
the Board of Directors of the Millbrook & Cavan Historical Society, a member of the
Community Liaison Committee, and a member of the Save the Dam Millpond group.
